1st time using Chelsea tire pros. I definitely recommend. It was easy to set up an appt online, brought my car in for brake service new rotors and pads. Entire staff was friendly, called with an estimate and had the car ready the same day. Price was in the range I was expecting.

Text reminder, with option to opt out of text messages, a day prior to your appointment. Took my car in right away when I arrived. Clean and comfortable waiting area. There was a place to watch TV and another section where you could work while you waited on your car. Kept me updated on progress and findings. Now here is the thing, I just had my car serviced 10 days prior at a car dealership while I was on vacation in Florida. Part of that service included a 4 wheel alignment. So imagine my surprise when I was shown the findings of the complimentary alignment inspection performed before and after my tire replacement. To say I felt taken advantage of by that dealership in Florida was an understatement! However, Zach and James showed empathy in this situation and performed the alignment at no charge. Who does that anymore? Well, this team does that! It was more important to them that I walked away with a great experience while I contacted the other place about what they actually did or did not do to my car. Needless to say, Zach and James have made me a customer for life with this experience. Thank you to the entire team.
