I was on my way to an event for my son and had problems a with a tire which left me unable to continue the trip. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road within a couple of hours even though they were already very busy. While they aren’t the closest to where I live, they’ve earned my trust and future business so I’ll go to them for my future auto services.

Always excellent service with friendly people. They are not always trying to up-sell or sell you work not needed. Five stars.

This is actually my second experience at Chelsea Tire & Service. Both time the service I received was outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were satisfied. Prompt, responsive, professional, courteous, and just down right good people!!!! I have recently relocated here to the Chelsea/Sterrett area. They are now my go to shop for all my vehicle needs!!!!
