Had a flat tire while on vacation in the area. Great customer service, got us in and out in a timely manner, and a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Best service. Didn't have to wait but a few minutes and I was a walk in. They greeted me, check my tire, put air in it, ordered me a new one. It came in not even 24 hours later. Called me and put it on in 30 minutes. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys for a great job

I stopped by Chelsea Tire Pros last night about an hour before they closed. I had a small wheel/tire issue that I needed addressed ASAP. I knew it was a long shot that it could be taken care of that late in the evening. Upon my arrival, Zach and the crew promptly addressed my need, and I was finished in minutes. The entire staff was extremely kind and courteous, and far exceeded what I felt was an unrealistic expectation that close to the end of the work day. Working in a small business myself, their customer service was second to none. Thank you again CTP for your help getting my car back rolling down the road!

Very professional independent shop. If you take the time to make an appointment they take the time to keep you updated, and back on the road. Somewhat difficult to get to, but worth it.

Came in to have a flat fixed. Could not be repaired so they ordered a tire to be delivered. Enjoyed tv and refreshments in the lounge while waiting. When the tire arrived the vendor had sent the wrong tire. Instead of making me drive home on the small spare they put on a full size tire. Came back the next morning and they had the new tire on in about 10 minutes. Also very much appreciated that they cared enough about veterans to offer us a discount. I’ll be back.
