Professional customer service. We are new to the area, so finding basic services comes with some growing pains. My wife had taken the car to a competitor for balancing and rotation and it was a train wreck. The tires were poorly balanced and had been rotated improperly (they are directional rain tires). Thank goodness for Chelsea Tire who saw these problems immediately and remedied them. No more shimmy and handling issues.
