I made the switch. For years I have been using Pep Boys thinking I was being taken care of. Instead I was taken advantage of . I had been paying for their "package deals" but only realizing too late, the work was never done. I asked a trusted friend who he used and he sent me to Chelsea Tire!!! They are great and prices are not crazy, in fact affordable!!!! Everyone is great there.

We are new to the area, so finding basic services comes with some growing pains. My wife had taken the car to a competitor for balancing and rotation and it was a train wreck. The tires were poorly balanced and had been rotated improperly (they are directional rain tires). Thank goodness for Chelsea Tire who saw these problems immediately and remedied them. No more shimmy and handling issues.
