I was in a situation where I felt panicked and had to have my truck towed and had never used your service center. I think I called and spoke with Terri 4 or 5 times, she was always courteous and polite and made me feel at ease. In the end nothing was revealed from the testing, but I feel my service was excellent, timely , and we were given the best evaluation possible.
