My daughter found a screw in her tire and went to the closest repair facility who found the problem and said she needed a new tire and could have it done maybe by the afternoon. They aired the tire up and gave her the option. I told her to get over to Chelsea Tire Pro and I called ahead and spoke to Mike Wilson. He assured me he'd take a look and call me back immediately with the results. Well 20 minutes later he called back and not only could they fix the tire but have it done and my kids back on their way to school in about 15 minutes. That's what I call good old trustworthy neighborhood customer service. Thank you Mike and the rest of the crew at Chelsea Tire. I appreciate you helping a dad get his kids back on the road safely and saving me a couple hundred bucks!!
