1st time using Chelsea tire pros. I definitely recommend. It was easy to set up an appt online, brought my car in for brake service new rotors and pads. Entire staff was friendly, called with an estimate and had the car ready the same day. Price was in the range I was expecting.

Do not look any further for your tires needs or any other automotive services that this store offers. Why? You talk to a real person when you make that first call. That person, James in this case, is not only friendly and professional but he knows what he is talking about so that you can make an informed decision. Quick and convenient appointments. Text reminder, with option to opt out of text messages, a day prior to your appointment. Took my car in right away when I arrived. Clean and comfortable waiting area. There was a place to watch TV and another section where you could work while you waited on your car. Kept me updated on progress and findings. Now here is the thing, I just had my car serviced 10 days prior at a car dealership while I was on vacation in Florida. Part of that service included a 4 wheel alignment. So imagine my surprise when I was shown the findings of the complimentary alignment inspection performed before and after my tire replacement. To say I felt taken advantage of by that dealership in Florida was an understatement! However, Zach and James showed empathy in this situation and performed the alignment at no charge. Who does that anymore? Well, this team does that! It was more important to them that I walked away with a great experience while I contacted the other place about what they actually did or did not do to my car. Needless to say, Zach and James have made me a customer for life with this experience. Thank you to the entire team.

I was on my way to an event for my son and had problems a with a tire which left me unable to continue the trip. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road within a couple of hours even though they were already very busy. While they aren’t the closest to where I live, they’ve earned my trust and future business so I’ll go to them for my future auto services.

Always excellent service with friendly people. They are not always trying to up-sell or sell you work not needed. Five stars.

This is actually my second experience at Chelsea Tire & Service. Both time the service I received was outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were satisfied. Prompt, responsive, professional, courteous, and just down right good people!!!! I have recently relocated here to the Chelsea/Sterrett area. They are now my go to shop for all my vehicle needs!!!! Special shout out to James and Zack and the other gentleman at the front desk that took care off me so well. Thanks guys!!!!
