Brittain said the business provided good service and he was quite impressed. However, when the business tried to put the lug nuts on by hand, they tried to tack it on. He said this was not the proper way to put a lug nut on.
Made sure it was right before I left!. Chelsea tire pro took the time to make sure the adjustments that needed to be made were correct before letting me leave. It may have taken a bit longer but they made sure to keep me informed while I waited. I appreciate their thoroughness!
