Ok so on 7-22-19 I stopped in to say I needed a shock replaced and tire rotation. That I would be able to drop off a 2017 F150 a fleet vehicle for the company I work for on 7-24-19. I also called and confirmed on 7-23-19 that I was going to drop off the vehicle on 7-24-19. After dropping off the vehicle they told me that it would not be until the next day for shock to be delivered. So I had to go back and pick up the truck. I guess it was too much leg work to have things lined up in advance to accommodate my pre arranged appointment. Total waste of my time. It was the second time I had issues there the first was last year when they took 3 hrs to do a simple oil change and drained my transmission instead of the oil pan on my 2016 Tundra. Another waste of my time.
Mr. Wyatt, first let me apologize for any inconvenience. As local business owners we strive to give the best service possible to our customers. When you dropped off your work truck and we were able to decode the VIN it decoded as a 2018 not 2017 and unfortunately no one in the area had your shocks in stock including the dealer. The earliest anyone could get them was the next business day. That's not an excuse, but we wanted to ensure we got the correct parts without keeping your vehicle any longer than necessary. As to your other complaint, I agree with you that it should not have taken 3 hours for an oil change. Being that it was over a year ago at this point all I can do is apologize for wasting your time. Again, we strive every day to provide the best possible service to EVERY customer, just like it were our mother's vehicle.
