Great customer service. They scheduled a tire change and alignment the day I called and provided shuttle service. I've used them for a few years for multiple vehicles.

Chelsea Tire Pros has been the most recommended place for me to bring my car and I recommend it to everyone else in the area. These are honest, hard working people here and they won't try to gouge you like other places will. The waiting area is clean and the interior decor is spot on. They even have a changing table if anyone has kids in diapers they need to change. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would.

I recently posted I was shocked of the price of my oil change & tire rotation & balance but I was wrong and was not over charged. Management called me immediately about the issue. I have done business here for several years now & will continue to do so. Everyone has always been extremely nice.
