I didn't have an appointment because this was something unexpected, so I dropped off my truck for a tire repair so they could get to it whenever they had available time. I decided to go with them because they were open earlier than other nearby shops. Unfortunately, the nail was too close to the wall to patch and the tire needed to be replaced. We got the tires in Guam, but they were able to find a replacement tire that was almost an exact match, and had it at the shop within a few hours. They finished the job faster than expected, and for a great price. Everything in Guam takes weeks to arrive and everything there costs a lot more due to shipping, so I had very different expectations when they gave us an update on the situation. If I get another nail, which I'm hoping isn't any time soon, I'll probably be back.

Just moved to Birmingham from Montgomery about a year ago, needed to find an auto repair shop that was fair, affordable, trustworthy, fast, friendly and efficient. Search is over! Chelsea Tire checks all the boxes folks. Dropped off a Honda Odyssey that needed a timing belt and water pump replaced (big job), dropped off that morning by 9 or so, they had it done by 4:30 that afternoon! Such a big job, and they do a lot of business, but their garage is huge, and they have several mechanics on staff, so they can get u in and out! The price was right, staff is very friendly, I will be back!! This is the place to go. Very satisfied customer here, thank u!

Very impressed with Chelsea Tire! I purchased four new tires and I expressed how I needed to leave by a certain time and they made sure I was in and out ahead of schedule! Their waiting area is clean so I was able to work from there while my tires were being installed. Highly recommend Chelsea Tire!
