Mike and John found a problem with my invoice, this issue was resolved immediately. I really appreciate their help and concern. I will be visiting them again!! I think 270.00 for a new battery is a bit extreme. I will not be visiting this place of business again.

Scout, we have a new trainee service writer and he is learning our computer system. That is no excuse but we will make it right. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please call Mike or John.
