I have been doing business with Chelsea Tire Pros for several years. This is my first complaint and only complaint. The oil fill cap was so tight I had to use channel locks to remove it. Other than that Great Service.

Really appreciate you taking me is on such short notice. Guys forgot to put new sticker in window.
I had a slow leak in my wife's tire. Took it to Walmart because Chelsea Tire was closed on the weekend. They couldn't find the leak. Took it to Chelsea Tire and they found the cracked wheel in 5 minutes. They also gave me a loaner vehicle as well.
Terry did her best to get the car back same day as promised. Love the whole crew!
