Excellent people to deal with.. My F150 (still in warranty) had a tire/wheel/brake issue. A local Ford store "fixed" the issue and said it was not covered under warranty (truck is well within warranty time and mileage). Well the issue was not fixed. Since my warranty would not cover the issue, I took the truck to Chelsea Tire Pros. The 'Pros' did fix the issue. The mechanics at Chelsea Tire Pros are 'ole school'. They are very well trained and have the equipment, but they also know how to figure out and solve issues. The Ford store have trained mechanics also, but they work by flowchart mechanics, not reasoning out issues and solving them. I highly recommend Chelsea Tire Pros for all automotive needs.
