I h taken my car to Chelsea Tire twice - it's a 12 year old Lexus. The staff are courteous, super fair and always gets it done timely so I'm not without! And they tell you exactly what is wrong, how much the repairs will be without trying to pressure you into something you don't need. Wouldn't trust my car with any other garage. I called them at the spur of the moment because I was going out of town and I was concerned with my tires. I had had them checked 3 times because I could feel a vibration / shimmy that was not normal. The other places said my tires were fine. Chelsea Tire were the first ones to say that there WAS an issue. They were able to get me fixed up that day and I had a wonderful trip with no worries that I was going to blow a tire. I also appreciated that they were very nice and respectful and listened and didn't treat me like a numbnut! I even called them on my trip to thank them for helping me!
