Wonderful People & Service!. These folks are great! I would recommend them to everyone! They are a business you can trust. When I moved to Chelsea, I would take my car back to Trussville to have it worked on. This was because I did not know if I had anyone in Chelsea that I could trust. Since I found Chelsea tire pros, I have been more than satisfied with their work and with the way they treat people. These people are real and will do what they can to help anyone. I no longer take my car to Trussville. I know that I can trust Chelsea tire pros to treat me right and fair.

Moved to this area 3 years ago. One of the challenges is finding a good tire installer. I found Chelsea Tire Pros and have never regretted it. My wife had taken her vehicle to a competitor for tire rotation/balance, and the experience was unsatisfactory. So I took it to Chelsea and they discovered that the other shop (a chain store) had rotated without paying attention to rotation direction on the tires. After correcting the problem and balancing them properly, was better than new. It's always a pleasure to experience when people know what they're doing.

Friendly, Honest Service. I went in thinking I needed to replace brake pads and rotors on the front and rear of my car. Dan said the business provided great service. They towed the vehicle and fixed it quickly despite the holiday weekend. The tow driver was able to get the vehicle out of a difficult area and they saved him money.

John Craft and the staff at Chelsea Tire have taken care of our family's six vehicles for over ten years. We always receive smiles and a warm reception when entering, excellent service and competitive and fair pricing. The Hydes won't go any where else. Yesterday a mechanic named Jeremy gave me a ride home and let me know that although we had never met, he had been praying for me. Jeremy said he would personally work on my van to ensure that the issue was fixed. When I picked up my van, John went out and double checked to ensure everything was working well.
